  • "Sellers" - E-commerce sellers who subscribe to RepSentry
  • "End-Customers" - Customers who redeem offers through our platform

1. Information We Collect from Sellers

When you register and use RepSentry as a Seller, we collect:

Account Information

  • Name and email address
  • Company/organization details
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Amazon Seller, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace account information for API integration (opt-in)

Usage Data

  • Campaign creation and management activities
  • Product listings and SKUs
  • QR code generation and usage statistics
  • Platform interaction logs

2. Information We Collect on Behalf of Our Sellers

When End-Customers interact with redemption pages created by our Sellers, we act as a data processor. The Seller remains the data controller for this information.

We collect the following from End-Customers:

  • Name and email address
  • Seller Platform Order ID (for verification)
  • Shipping address (for physical gift fulfillment)
  • Product feedback and review content
  • Interaction timestamps and redemption status

3. How We Use Your Information

For Sellers

  • Provide and maintain your RepSentry account
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Enable marketplace API integrations for order verification
  • Send service updates and important notifications
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve our platform and develop new features

For End-Customer Data

  • Verify marketplace order authenticity
  • Deliver digital downloads or coordinate physical gift shipment
  • Process and display feedback to Sellers
  • Maintain redemption records for Sellers

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

Service Providers

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • SendGrid: Email delivery
  • Amazon Web Services: Hosting and file storage
  • Marketplace APIs: Order verification across supported platforms (Amazon SP-API, TikTok Shop Partner API, etc.)

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

Between Sellers and End-Customers

End-Customer data collected through redemption pages is accessible to the respective Seller who created the campaign.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Secure API authentication

  • Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

For Sellers

  • Opt-out of marketing communications

For End-Customers

Since Sellers are the data controllers for End-Customer data, requests should be directed to the respective Seller. We will assist Sellers in fulfilling these requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Sellers of significant changes via email or platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
